 Zoom Commander Setup
With all display devices wired to the Windows PC(s) and Zoom Presenter installed on the same Windows PC(s), Zoom Commander is ready to begin setting up the screens.

For each display device or screen zone, add a screen entry in Zoom Commander (see adding screens) to remotely identify and control the display device or screen zone. If the new screen entry should cover the display device's full viewable area, set the new screen entry to the 'Fullscreen' layout and specify the display device's windows monitor number (see screenshot below). If the new screen entry should only cover a section of the display device's viewable area, review the Screen Zones layout section.

Lastly, the IP or Address of the Windows PC running Zoom Presenter and the port specified in Zoom Presenter INSTANCE manager must match each zone's screen entry. If the computer's IP number is not known, read the "IP Address" section of the Troubleshooting guide for assistance.
