How can I control the SVCD/VOB aspect ratio?

Most SVCD decoder filters disable aspect ratio support. To enforce it, you must have either the Overlay Mixer or the VMR9 Video Renderer enabled. By default, Zoom Player uses the Overlay Mixer video renderer. But you can double check this behavior by going to "Advanced Options / Playback / Video" and selecting the VMR9 Video Renderer.
