The Zoom Player registration arrives as an e-Mail containing an activation key within 24-72 hours of purchase (sometimes sooner). Some mail servers or software may mis-identify the activation key as junk-mail and cause it to be sent to a Spam/Junk folder (or in some extreme cases, erased entirely). If you haven't received your key within 72 hours, this may be the case.

To help us track your purchase, please include information that will help us find it (this includes Receipt number, Transaction ID number, the eMail address used in the purchase, etc).
